The part Steve says Mr. Stark, I think it might be a scene where he finds out who Tony is. IDK but the way he says it's like he's confused and a bit awkward about it.
Probably the things going through Steve's mind "Wait... Stark... He does inventions... Oh shit! This is Howard's kid? Wait-wait?"
Meanwhile Tony's "Captain" just comes off as a nonchalant response kind of like asking "Yes? What's up?"
Probably reading too much into this but yeah OMG why isn't this movie here yet?!
