First thought: Damn, that looks cool.

Second thought: I really need to get on the stick and see "Thor" before "Avengers" comes out.

Third thought: Hey! The Helicarrier looks an awful lot like the Valiant! (Doctor Who reference)
Then again, it's a flying aircraft carrier. How else is it going to look?
