On the dotted line, bb. :) Off topic, except that cakes reminded me of baking. I really need to try making some Avengers cookies like I've been planning to for over a week now. =/ (Working at a bakery is awesome except for how it cuts into my time to bake the things I want to...)

Cry while you write! Sob your way through your feels and use it to your advantage!

And Tony does shit like fixing the busted wiring in their apartment building and building little toys for the kids who live there, and Bucky thinks he's a total asshole, but then he looks at Steve and it's like Bucky can SEE the world stop turning for him. He should tell someone; he knows more than one guy who would make Tony 'disappear' for just that, but Steve's been so angry and sad for so long, and Tony somehow makes him smile even when Bucky can't. And let's face it, Bucky's leaving. He's out of there as soon as his orders come in, and he's afraid of what Steve would do if he's left in New York on his own.

None of that stops him from tripping Tony in the trenches so that he faceplants into the mud, though. That's always a good laugh...

TONY MANAGES TO BUILD THE TIME MACHINE TO GET HOME AND HE TAKES BUCKY WITH HIM, BECAUSE WHY THE HELL NOT? This is turning into a Tony/Steve/Bucky in my head.
OKAY! :D

I've been meaning to start baking again too. I haven't made muffins in a while, maybe that'll be next week.

And Tony is constantly bitching about how low-tech everything is, so Steve brings him along to the Stark Expo, which is where Tony sees his dad for the first time, so he finally shuts up. Steve thinks he's just impressed with the car, but Bucky notices the family resemblence, and gets even more suspicious. He drags Tony to see Howard, which is when Steve sneaks away to enlist (I think that's how it happens. I need to watch the movie again, this is shameful). Tony has to flail through the introduction, but he and Howard manage to hit it off talking shop, and Tony is completely freaking out because he's getting along with HIS DAD, who is YOUNGER than him. And Bucky is still suspicious.

When Tony finally reveals the truth, standing in front of the time machine, offering to take him to the future, Bucky totally shouts "I knew it!"

Do you have some sort of chatting program? Some method of communication? Perhaps it's a bit presumptuous of me, but I would love to continue bouncing ideas without flooding this post. If not, I'm totally cool with continuing here

My most recent projects were peanut butter cream cheese stuffed pumpkin bread and my best friend's wedding cakes. So much fun! Next up are honey bee cupcakes and Avenger themed sugar cookies. I'm super excited right now because I just stumbled across the fact that I can make my own modeling chocolate. Shit's about to get REAL in my kitchen. :)

I LOVE EVERYTHING THIS FIC IS CHOOSING TO BE. \o/ Can Tony pull a Back to the Future and tell Howard that if he ever has a son, maybe don't act like an asshole? Especially that one time when he's six and sets the rug on fire?

My email is coffeebuddha88 at gmail dot com and my IM handle is the same for gtalk. I'm about to relocate, which involves having to reboot my computer, though, so I'll be MIA for the next 5-10 minutes.
