Well, the news we've all been waiting for, with attitudes ranging from hope to fatalism - following Avengers Vs The X-Men, Fraction (beware spoilers at link!) is going to be writing Avengers, New Avengers, and Secret Avengers. He's hinting that he's going to be working on an arc of event-fuelled stories in the style Bendis pioneered. Larocca's going to be taking over art on Avengers - guess Marvel doesn't want to break up their Eisner-winning partnership.

Over in the movies, Shane Black's hinting at possible casting options for Iron Man 3 - most interestingly, Bambi Arbogoast is going to be revamped as younger, sexier character - I suppose this means Pepper isn't going to be back as his PA? Will she be CEO still, or take up another role?

Joe Quesada talks about possible plans for a Marvel soft reboot - if the movie does well, 616 is going to gradually shift to connect more tightly with it, something Fraction has previous experience with from working on Iron Man. Whose movie version would you like to see in comics?

And to wrap up, Brubaker's taking another bold step with the Cap Mythos - we were all stunned to learn that the soldiers Bucky has been tracking down were created from Steve's genetic material, but with Fury's revelations about time travel, can it really be true that Bucky is Steve's son/clone? This has got to be a fakeout, right?
