oops, I thought that you referred in the Similarities end there.
line to he original verse and not specifically to the ultimates. My bad.

Haha, Happy punches a guy in the face that was insulting Tony, and Tony's like 'tut tut! there'll be none of that ungentlemanly stuff in my factory >:|' Poor Happy is so dejected XD
I´ve had my own ideas about this, but apparently canon beat me - this explanation is way more awesome^^
