COULSON IS THE BEST AVENGER

He's the super nanny! You can't have the Avengers without the super nanny.

He kind of is. He tucks the Avengers in to bed and reads them stories.

Sings them lullabies and puts them into time outs. Also makes them hug it out when they get mean to each other.

Oh God, Steve and Tony would need to have SO MANY HUGS. And Hulk would just hug everyone, whether they're mean or not. Coulson just sighs and gets a broom to deal with the structural damage that usually comes from the Hulk

Tony would totally pick fights with Steve on purpose just so he can get hugs from Steve. Steve obviously wouldn't understand and thinks Tony just doesn't like him but gets sad/hurt when Tony has to (occasionally) hug the other Avengers. Because Tony is kind of a jerk. Coulson would know though. Coulson always knows when his ~~children~~ Avenger team is having a crises.

Lies. You're thinking just enough. This is also reminding me of the Roomba verse, which is glorious.

Coulson actually has an excel spreadsheet devoted to tracking how many times Tony hurts Steve's feelings and how many crises the Avengers can have per week. A maximum of three, one if that week happens to be an invasion.

Loki is on his watchlist, partially because he's evil, but also partially because he's writing this Avengers Dragon!AU that is absolutely spectacular but he only updates once a month, right before he attacks. It's both a good read and a way of preparing for his attacks

Loki and Coulson bond over said fanfic, Loki admires Coulsons deciphering sills and Coulson admires Loki's writing style and secretly never wants the fanfic to stop. They become internet bros and troll all other writers/memes/fanfiction sites.

Coulson is Loki's beta. The ultimate beta reader. They become the scourge of the Avengers fandom. Darcy is the only one who can match them.

How did I miss this off my list??

I don't know but I also need a Coulson user picture now.

My iPad is rebelling over all of the fanfiction I'm insisting on feeding it right now :P

I want Phil to be alive so much :(

Lame iPad is laaaaame. I usually end up downloading all the longer fanfics I find on AO3 and keeping them for a rainy day (because my internet cops out easily during storms) or when I go camping. I have a whole shelf dedicated to just fanfiction. :B

I'm still in denial about Coulson, even though I keep talking about his death to people. I refuse to believe that he's gone.

It just wants to remember so much about the books that takes up a bunch of memory it doesn't need too. I've currently got my favourite fics saved on their own Superhusbands shelf :)

I don't believe it. Until I see a funeral/his actual dead body I won't believe it. I think Fury was just using it to get them together and he's tucked up in a hospital bed somewhere. I may be in denial.

Huh, that's interesting. I've only ever played with an iPad twice (both times putting movies and books on it for a friend) and I never noticed that but then again he only used it occasionally to check on his sports so there was a lot of space that could be used.

It's okay to be in denial, I think the majority of us are. And to think of how he's going to react when he finds out what Fury did to his precious cards...

It depends on the number of books. People have found that it will really eat away at the "other" memory if they have a lot of them, which compared to some people, I don't. Luckily, I haven't got a lot on it so it's not too bad that it's taking up so much.

Hah, I always think of that :) He's not going to be happy when he finds out. Fury's going to have to do a lot of making up to him.

I guess it would make sense since the iPad isn't really made for reading like the Nook or other readers, where storing lots of books is their primary service. Like for the Nook tablet, I have 16 gigs of space but only 1-2gigs of space that can be used for movies, pictures and music. But I have a SD card that I keep all that other stuff on and it works out great.

My guess is Fury would just throw Steve at him and call it good.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking.

Steve would never be allowed to leave.
