Chapter Summary: The threat from the debris grows. The problems between Tony and Steve bleed over into Iron Man and Cap's working relationship. Cap does something Cap-like. (In other words,this is my response to the blistering tension between these two guys, and how they have far more in common than they realize. Plus a lot of baggage.)
