FIC: I don't want you (to smile to anybody) NC-17
(I'm so nervous posting here! I know you're all lovely but this is sort of terrifying tooo. Have I done it right? /flails)
Title: I don't want you (to smile to anybody)
Rating: NC-17
Genre: PWP, angst/romance
Wordcount: 31542
Warnings: Pining, PWP. Slight RPF moment.
Author:
mizzy2k
Notes: Slight crossover with Push, no previous knowledge necessary.
Summary: Tony Stark doesn’t do commitment. So Steve finds it weird – but not impossible – to deal with Tony suddenly bringing home dates that look like him. Until one of Tony’s one-night-stands, who could be a double for Steve, turns out to be not quite as disposable as the rest of Tony’s conquests – and Steve’s repressed crush on Tony starts to become problematic...

It's absolutely lovely. I was literally laughing out loud at some parts, especially at the way the team interacted with each other. You wrote them so well. And the absolutely amusing play on all the Cris Evans characters, thumbs up. When they were sitting on the stairs talking about Tony doing something stupid, I'm pretty sure I was leaning towards the screen trying to shove them together with my brain. Clearly that didn't work. <3
There was a smattering of British-isms throughout that made me quirk my head when they came out of Captain America's mouth, but that's okay. Trust me, it didn't ruin it. Though I was a little curious as to why you picked a dragon? Where did it come from?! Did somebody make it? I'm over thinking this, I know.
What I really wanted to say is thank you and I loved it.

I was going to pick a robot, and then my brain went, who would make a robot and I had Hammer making an apocalyptic television in my last S/T fic and. yeah. um. dragon. too much Dark Avengers maybe?

AND I WOULD LOVE YOU TO BETA FOR ME THAT WOULD BE AWESOME. I take criticism super well, I think? (One exception: last week I got a huuuuuuuuuge review- to nitpick one spelling- and my brain broke down. But otherwise, I take criticism super well. I'm sort of had training for that, anyway!)

And really, the British-isms are expected if you're British. I shudder to think of me trying to write a Sherlock fiction without throwing out more Americanisms than dialog. Maybe if I have a British character one day, you can help me make him more realistic :D

I would be very happy to britpick anything for you. <3 ESPECIALLY if it's Sherlock. <3

I adore Sherlock. I mostly read the Sherlock stories because I've been a little too shy about trying to write one. Mostly for the Americanisms. Right now my soul belongs to Marvel, but maybe later :D
