It's pretty much for any type of fanwork (vid, icon, essay, interpretive dance)that features any variation of Steve Rogers (ultimate, Zombie, Werewolf, whatever as long as it features Steve)

Al ships and pairing are also allowed, so yes that would include Steve/Tony (but also Steve/ Sharon, Steve/Bucky, Steve/Sam, Steve/Gail, Steve/pick someone)

Steve can only have certain things on certain comms so I thought he needed a comm where he could ahve it all LOL
