   Title   And Miles To Go Before I Sleep, chapter 24/30  -- Interception

Author:  Cluegirl

Universe:  MCU, post Civil War long course fix-it

Pairing:  Steve Rogers/Tony Stark

Summary (for the fic)  Again, as before, it falls to Steve to pick Bucky up, and carry him out of danger, even if half his heart is still rattling out in pieces on the floor behind him. Steve Rogers just doesn't know how to stay down, even when he desperately wishes he could. But someone has to see to the details, take care of the wounded, sweep the debris, and put the chairs up on the tables before he limps away from the battlefield.

Summary (for the chapter) In which a trap is sprung, the bait stolen, and the goal posts moved very far indeed.

Rating  Previously teen. Now Mature.

Word Count:  For this chapter?  Around 7500 words or so.  It's a long one, but pivotal.

Notes:  This was originally meant to be a coda to the CA;CW movie, but then Tony let me know that we were not hardly done yet.  Fair warning: this story is not intended as a punishment for the members of either team -- expect no bashing of either side.  And if you're interested in a long ride and a slow burn, then  subscribe on A03 to be notified of the updates. (I'm making them about every week right now)

• You may participate in this event twice, in any combination of art/fic. For instance, you may submit 2 pieces of art, you may submit 1 piece of art and write 1 fic. You may not submit 2 pieces of art AND also write 1 fic.

• Remember to include your username, designate a universe (if you have a preference), and note any major squicks and/or triggers when sending us your submission!

Captain America/Iron Man Remix 2018: Creator Guessing and Remix Discussion

The 2018 Cap-Iron Man Remix Exchange and Relay reveals have started!

The Remix Madness Collection, which is still open to sign-ups and entries at the moment when reveals for the other two start and will reveal its works last.

Creator reveals will take place on Saturday, March 3rd and until then all creators are still a secret!

Remix Discussion and Guessing

In the meantime, we invite you to guess the creators and/or the relay remixing order, rec any of the works that you read and loved, and discuss remix meta and questions about remixing right here in this post! Tell us about your favorite remixes and what you think were the perfect remix ideas. What surprised you in the remixes you saw? And what would you like to try if you get the chance to remix again?

Comments will be public, so feel free to discuss with each other. Just remember not to reveal what you made until creator reveals on the 3rd! After that, you’re welcome to share all the details about your work for this year’s remix here too.

Cap/Ironman Remix 2018 works unveiled on Feb. 14th

Happy Valentine's Day to all Steve/Tony fans. It is time for the first Cap/Ironman Remix works to be unveiled! Come and see what all our remixers came up with!

Every day we will reveal two fics from this year's Captain America/Iron Man Remix Exchange and one relay work for each of the four Captain America/Iron Man Relay Remix chains, so usually six works per day. Remixes will remain anonymous until after everything is revealed, so please keep from revealing what you created until creator reveals on Saturday, March 3rd.

We have a discussion and guessing post up for everyone to discuss remixes, remix techniques, discuss their lingering remix ideas, share recs and guess creators on Dreamwidth and Livejournal! If you're adventurous, try your hand at guessing which relay work is a remix of which other relay work in the chain, because we’ll be publishing them out of order! We’ll reveal the chains in the order of creation when creators are announced.

Mind the warnings and content notices on all works! Here it goes!
