Avengers(2014) 32 reaction post and IRC chat

Avengers(2014) 32 is out today and there is Steve Tony relationship stuff to talk about. The regular weekly chat will be on Friday.

So, let's hear your thoughts in this post or in chat. If you don't mind the spoilers, those that haven't read it or aren't that interested in it are more than welcome to show up. Just be aware of what will be on everyone's minds.

The #cap-im IRC channel is on DALnet. If you’re using a regular irc client the server is irc.dal.net and the channel is #cap-im. There are three different options below of web clients. If one doesn't work try a different one.

Got to https://kiwiirc.com/client. Type in the nickname you wish to use. The channel name is #cap-im. There will be a little blue link that opens up the server and network info. Click on that and enter irc.dal.net as the server and 6667 as the port. Here is an example of what it looked like when I filled it out.

New Avengers 19 is out today. I've not had a chance to read it yet and probably won't until later today. I've got a busy afternoon planned. I've now read it! That said the Support Chat is still open! The regular weekly chat will be on Friday.

Also, at its most basic, my headcanon ignores IM3 because while it's a decent movie, I have many issues accepting the contents as canon. I don't know how long this is after The Avengers, consider the timing hand-wavy.

Summary: MASSIVE SPOILERS FOR NEW AVENGERS #3 AND AVENGERS.

Sometimes an infinite amount of white swans means all swans are white. But sometimes, sometimes, you get a Black Swan. Tony only hopes he can find one before it’s too late, and he lets Steve down. Again.

A fill-in-the-blank of Tony’s thoughts during the events of New Avengers, leading up to the first issue of Avengers.

A/N: Because I needed to make Tony CRY over what he did in New Avengers #3.

Summary:  Tony's having an affair with Steve and they feel pretty shitty about it; Loki is sent back to earth to earn forgiveness for his heinous crimes, and it's not going very well.  Everyone has a pretty rough time.  Mainlining Tony&Steve with some Thor/Loki and Clint/Natasha on the side.  Also some Vital Stuff with Pepper and Bruce since they are the only legit nice guys.

As it stands, what I have posted is, generally, the series in its completeness.  However, I am in the process of heavily revising it; I got a lot of positive feed back, and I feel like I can make it even better.  I'm looking for someone to beta for me.  If you are interested, please let me know!  The series is about 70k words, but the section I've rewritten so far - Room by Room - has jumped from about 3.5k words to roughly 17k words.  So I don't know how long this monster will end up being.  It will probably be a lot of work for everyone involved.  In addition to the four parts that are out, I have at least one other short story planned and another chaptered sequel that will focus more on Thor and Loki, though Steve and Tony permeate the series throughout, and cause kind of a lot of collateral damage.

I have never had a beta before, and I would super appreciate one.  I'd like this fic to be the best it can!

If you would like to beta for me, let me know and I'll share the revised version of Room by Room with you on googledocs.  Or email you a word doc or something, whatever, I'm versatile :)
