It's the 5th week of our Cap-Ironman 10 Years of MCU celebrations and it is here: Avengers: Infinity War.

In this post everyone is invited to share their reactions and thoughts! Have you seen it yet? What did you think? How many feels do you need to share?

This post is of course an ALL-PURPOSE SPOILER ZONE. If you haven't seen the movie yet, be aware that this is not a spoiler free discussion. Beyond this post everyone please keep our Spoiler Policy for Avengers: Infinity War in mind.

For the second week of our Cap-Ironman 10 Years of MCU celebrations, we are looking at Steve’s origin, and also the first time that Steve and Tony meet! This week, we’ll be watching and discussing Captain America: The First Avenger and The Avengers. Our heroes are growing, and coming together as a team (or at least trying to.)

The celebration of 10 Years of the MCU is almost here! From April 1st to May 31st we'll be hosting various challenges and events focusing on MCU Steve/Tony and our favorite Marvel movies, and we hope everyone joins us for the festivities!

So what's coming up?

MCU Tribute Reveals

On April 1st we will be sharing all of the MCU tribute works. Dozens of creators in the fandom have come together to bring you fics, fanart, and more to celebrate the 10 Marvel Cinematic Universe movies that feature our very own Captain America and Iron Man, and we can't wait to share them with you!

2018 STONY MCU Bingo

We've gathered up all of those amazing tropes that have been submitted, and we're turning them into prompts for an MCU-themed BINGO! Everyone who joins will receive a bingo board with over 20 random prompts from the community list of favourites.

You can request your cards starting April 1st and fills must be completed by May 31st.

Movie Watch-Alongs and Discussions

Excited for Infinity War? We are too! Come join us in the weeks leading up to its release by revisiting what you love about the Iron Man, Captain America, and Avengers films! Each week for the four weeks leading up to Infinity War, we will have movie watch-alongs and discussions, and opportunities for the community to share with us their favorite era-specific meta, thoughts, headcanons, and fanworks.

Week 1 (April 1-6): Iron Man & Iron Man 2
Week 2 (April 7-13): Captain America: The First Avenger & The Avengers
Week 3 (April 14-20): Iron Man 3 & Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Week 4 (April 21-27): Avengers: Age of Ultron & Captain America: Civil War
Week 5 (April 28 and onward): Infinity War

Much has happened over the past 10 years in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, so let's relive our favorite moments and get ready for Infinity War!

MCU Stony 'What If?' Challenge

What if Stark Industries found Steve in the ice? What if the Avengers assisted Iron Man in his fight against the Mandarin? What if Tony hung out with the Guardians of the Galaxy or went to New Mexico during Iron Man 2? And what would have happened if Steve had been awake during the first Iron Man movie? What if multiverse travel was possible in the MCU's side of the universe?

With the release of Infinity War, we'd like to invite the fandom to create and share their favorite 'What If' scenarios, exploring all the ways there could have been more of Steve and Tony and Steve/Tony across all MCU movies! The challenge will begin after the premiere of Infinity War; the schedule and more information will be posted during that time.


We're so excited to start the next phase of our anniversary celebrations! We hope to see you there!

The celebrations for the MCU 10 Year Anniversary will be starting up shortly, and we’re already starting to prepare. We want to hear from you, so we have launch a survey to get your input on your favorite MCU Steve/Tony tropes to help fuel some of the upcoming events.
